Vegetable Terrine / Formations Using Special Ingredients Easy Binder®


Ingredients

  • Ingredients (To make 1kg of finished product)
  • 713g Chopped, Blended or Diced Vegetables (Cooked or Uncooked)
  • 250g Cold Water
  • 25g Special Ingredients Easy Binder
  • 8g Salt
  • 2g Black Pepper
  • 1g Parsley
  • 1g Garlic Powder or Fresh Garlic

Steps

  • Step 1

    Add 25g of Easy Binder to 250g of cold water Blend together using a stick blender or a hand blender for a few seconds to make the Easy Binder solution.

  • Step 2

    Mix all your ingredients and the Easy Binder solution together, use either an electric mixer or mix by hand in a large bowl with a spatula for 2-5 minutes until well mixed.

  • Step 3

    You now have 3 options:

    1. Put your mixture into moulds making sure each mould is full and compact with no air bubbles.
    2. Vacuum pack each terrine / formation to remove air and compact.
    3. Shape and compact your terrines / formations by hand squeezing out any air. Then wrap tightly in cling film.
  • Step 4

    Store in the refrigerator (temperature 2-5ºC), for between 8 to 24 hours until set.

  • Step 5

    Your formations / terrines are now ready to serve cold or can be cooked, frozen or sliced.
